How does the pricing work?+

Three product lines: Contractor (project management), Service Dispatch (HVAC / plumbing / electrical), and Time Clock (standalone GPS clock-in/out). Each has a "Lite" entry tier with no bundle, then bundled tiers that include 4 add-on modules at no extra charge. Pick the product that matches your business and the tier that matches your team size.

What's in the add-on bundle?+

T&M Billing, Sales & Estimating, Tool Tracking, and Fleet Tracking. Worth $116/mo a la carte. Free with every Contractor and Service Dispatch plan above Lite. If you're on a Lite tier and want one of these modules, you can subscribe to it a la carte from your Billing page.

When should I pick a Lite plan vs the bundled tier?+

Pick Lite if you only need the core platform and won't use the bundled modules (e.g., you're a GMP contractor who doesn't do T&M work and already has Samsara for fleet GPS). Pick the bundled tier if you'd use even two of the four modules — the math is already in your favor at the bundled price.

Is there a contract?+

No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing saves 10% (about a month free) and is selectable with the Monthly/Annual toggle above, but it isn't required.

How are licensed users counted?+

Only admin, executive, PM, and superintendent seats count toward your plan's user limit. Foremen, QA/QC officers, safety officers, and subcontractors are always free and unlimited — typically 70-80% of project headcount.

Do you offer a free trial?+

Yes — a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and full access from day one. Set up your first project in an afternoon.

What if I outgrow a plan?+

Upgrade anytime; the new plan replaces the old one on your next billing cycle. If you cross a seat threshold you'll see an upgrade prompt, but work isn't hard-blocked in the meantime.

What's included with Enterprise?+
