Daily Field Reports
A mobile-first daily report built for the field — manhours by cost code, photos, weather, equipment, subs, delays, and visitor logs in one pass, with foreman and superintendent sign-off. Most reports take under five minutes.
Project, weather, and shift load automatically. The foreman taps through crew roster and manhours, work performed, materials received, equipment on site, subcontractor headcount, safety notes, delays, and site visitors — all in a single flowing form designed for a thumb on a job site, not a desk.
Hours entered against each crew member roll up to cost codes and flow straight into productivity tracking and the PM dashboard. No re-keying into a spreadsheet at the end of the week — the daily report is the source of truth for field labor.
Every report carries photos, GPS, weather, and a signature trail. When an owner disputes a delay or an insurer asks where a crew was on a given morning, the answer is one tap away — defensible documentation generated as a byproduct of the daily routine.
Five daily reports become a clean weekly summary — total crew hours, materials, open issues — that you can export to PDF for the owner or archive in the job book. The superintendent and subcontractor report variants share the same engine.
No two contractors run the same report. In Company Settings, an admin chooses which sections appear on each report type — foreman, superintendent, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractor. Turn off the sections you don't use — weather, equipment, materials, subs — and your crews see a shorter form with only the fields that matter to your work.
Most foremen finish in under five minutes. The form is ordered the way a foreman thinks through the day, long-text fields support voice dictation, and yesterday's crew roster carries forward so you're editing, not starting from scratch.
Yes. Drafts save locally on the device and sync automatically when the phone regains signal — so reports from a remote site or a steel-framed building don't get lost.
They do. Hours logged on the daily report allocate to cost codes and feed productivity tracking, the PM dashboard, and forecasting — the same numbers your PMs use to manage margin.
Yes. A company admin can show or hide sections — weather, equipment, materials, RFIs, safety, photos, and more — for each report type from Company Settings, so your crews only fill out what's relevant to how you work.
No. Daily field reports are core to Field PM and included on every plan — unlike platforms that gate them behind a higher tier.
