Speak your daily report — in English or Spanish

The longest part of a daily report is the tapping. So we removed it. A foreman, superintendent, QA/QC officer, safety lead, or subcontractor can now tap one button and just talk: "Today we installed 50 feet of 2-inch conduit from the digester to the EIC building, Hector and Juan each had 10 hours, we ran the trencher 10 hours, toolbox talk was electrical hazards, JSA done, no incidents." AI parses the speech into the right fields — crew hours by cost code, quantities, equipment, RFIs, and safety — and hands you a filled form to review and submit. Nothing is ever auto-submitted; the populated form is the accuracy gate, and numbers are never guessed.

It works in Spanish too. A Spanish-speaking crew can dictate in Spanish and the report lands in English for the office — the same data, both languages. Transcription runs free on the phone itself, so the whole feature costs only a few cents of AI per report.

Sync with the accounting system you already run

The number-one question from prospects has always been "does it talk to our accounting system?" Now the answer is yes, broadly. A unified accounting connector gives two-way sync with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, and Acumatica — customers, vendors, cost codes, jobs, AP bills, and invoices. For the enterprise ERPs that have no clean API — Sage 100/300 CRE, Foundation, Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum — there is a structured file bridge built into the app. And for anything custom or in-house, there is an open REST API with signed webhooks. The office keeps its system of record; Field PM stops being an island.

Run QA/QC as a workflow, not a paper chase

Inspection processes have a sequence and they have hold points — steps where work cannot proceed until someone signs off. Field PM now runs that as a live workflow. Each step has a role, instructions, and its inspection form; hold points require a role-based e-signature before the next step unlocks, and a failed step can route back for rework (a failed weld NDT, for example, returns to be re-welded and re-inspected). Approvers get an email the moment a sign-off is needed.

Civil, Electrical (by system), and Piping fabrication flows ship ready to run, each step tied to its checklist. You can also build your own workflows in-app — drag the steps, pick the roles, link the forms, and decide which steps need approval. The result is an auditable trail of who signed off what, and when, instead of a binder of loose forms.
